There are so many fun things to do in Seattle, and we hope you are able to spend a little time taking in the sights!
Here is a list of some of our favorite things to do for guests who are traveling in.
Pike Place Market is a historic public market overlooking Elliott Bay. It is famous for its fresh produce, fishmongers who toss fish, local crafts, specialty foods, and vibrant street performers. Must see spots include the fish market and the infamous gum wall.
The Chihuly Garden and Glass museum showcases the vibrant, imaginative glass artistry of Washington's own Dale Chihuly. Located at the base of the Space Needle, it features immersive and stunning indoor and outdoor galleries.
Visit MoPOP for the best of pop culture history. Go behind the scenes of your favorite fandoms through immersive exhibitions and stunning artifacts—from Nirvana to Astrolander and everything in between. It features exhibits on music, science fiction, video games, film, and other creative genres.
The Washington Park Arboretum is a wonderful spot to see diverse gardens, wetlands, and scenic trails along Lake Washington. It offers peaceful walking paths and seasonal blooms. October in the Arboretum features beautiful and vibrant fall foliage, especially in the Woodland Garden.
Woodinville Wine Country is a renowned wine-tasting destination located about 30 minutes out of Seattle, home to more than 100 wineries, tasting rooms, and craft beverage makers. Enjoy Washington wines and gourmet dining in charming winery districts like the Warehouse and Hollywood districts.
Story Cellars Winery is our favorite winery, and is owned by a long-time family friend of Jazmin.
Woodinville Whiskey Co is a local craft whiskey distillery that is growing nationally, and it is Ryan's go-to whiskey.
Walk on the ferry to Bainbridge Island, which is a scenic island just a short ride from downtown Seattle. Bainbridge is known for its small-town charm, natural beauty, and relaxed atmosphere. You will find beautiful shoreline views, local wineries, boutiques, and cozy cafes in the walkable town of Winslow.
